REGISTRATION PERIOD OPEN

The central theme of our events are animal rights and veganism. Hence we prioritize businesses that offer vegan products exclusively. Vegan means that the product you offer must not contain animal material or be derived from animal exploitation. Wool, leather, fur, feather, silk, honey, dairy, eggs, are a few examples of materials/ingredients that are not vegan.

Companies that normally sell a mix of vegan and non-vegan products may still participate as vendors to promote their vegan products, but acceptance will be on a case by case basis.

NOTE:  

• Certain types of booth offer you the option of sharing space with another vendor; the other vendor must officially register by completing a separate application form and be approved by us. 
• Cooking is NOT permitted anywhere onsite.
• Booths in the main hall on second floor:  Reheating food with an electrical appliance is allowed, subject to approval of the appliance(s) by the venue.  Offering small portions / snack size portions of food is allowed, full-meal portions not permitted.   
• Booths located in the lobby of the first floor: Electrical appliances are not allowed on this floor (no blender, food warmer, kettle, refrigerator, etc.). Only samples and sale of food that do not require preparation and non-food items are allowed in this space. i.e.: Selling cookies is permitted but selling hot chocolate beverages to be consumed onsite is not permitted on the first  floor area.

• Standard Booth @$419 +taxes  (sharing permitted with another registered vendor)

• Budget Booth Option 2* @ 300 +taxes (Sharing permitted with another registered vendor. Limited quantity.)
