Complete the Application Form below to apply as a vendor. Please see our Rate Card* for booth options and pricing.

Registration fees are final and non-refundable, except in the circumstances specified below.

Applications are accepted at our discretion. Beginning October 15, applicants will be notified of our decision by email. If we decline your application due to lack of space, too many vendors offering similar products, or for any reason other than those listed under section A) below, your payment will be refunded in full by e-transfer. A full refund will also be issued if the event is cancelled by us.

A) An application may be declined or cancelled if the company:

• is an MLM (multi-level marketing company);
• is a religious or political organization that registers without our prior approval; or
• offers products or services that are irrelevant or inappropriate to the theme of our event.

B) If an application or registration is declined or cancelled for any of the reasons listed under A), a refund will be issued less a $100 administrative fee.

Important

1. Only vegan products may be offered or sold at this event. A vegan product must not contain any animal-derived ingredients or materials and must not be tested on animals. Products derived from animal exploitation (e.g., wool, honey, leather, beeswax, feathers, etc.) are not considered vegan and are therefore not permitted.

2. Vendors offering food must obtain any Special Events permit required by MAPAQ and comply with all applicable MAPAQ food safety and hygiene requirements.

3. The venue requires each vendor to carry a minimum of $2 million in liability insurance coverage for the event.

4. Propane, butane, gas-fueled equipment and candle-heated chafing dishes are not permitted. Air fryers and pressure cookers are also prohibited by the venue.

5. All electrical appliances and devices must be declared in the application below and are subject to approval. Heating food is permitted; cooking is not.

6. Certain booth options may be shared with another vendor. If you choose to share a booth, you are responsible for finding your own booth partner; we do not arrange matches. The other vendor must submit their own application and be accepted before sharing the space. A $10 administrative fee per vendor applies to shared booths.

7. If you wish to bring an additional table, counter or other furniture, it must fit entirely within your allocated booth space. You must notify us by email before October 31 and obtain approval before the event. Otherwise, no changes to the provided table configuration are permitted.
